Committed to Affordability
UNE offers a Merit Scholarship program that bases gift money awards on your level of academic achievement – 98% of our undergraduate students receive merit-based scholarships, with an average total award package of $30,000. We also offer institutional grants and scholarships. Graduate students can find numerous grant and scholarship opportunities, specific to programs of study. If the financial aid you are awarded does not cover all of your direct costs, we help you find ways to help fund the remaining balance.
Fill out the FAFSA
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) determines your eligibility for all federal student aid programs and all need-based UNE funds and must be filed annually.
Types of Aid
UNE offers a variety of sources for financial aid, including scholarships, grants, loans, and work and research opportunities. A financial aid package may also include federal, state, and other types of aid.
